Unlike other Property Managers, we do not charge a leasing fee, start up fee, inspection fee, or mark-up on vendor prices.
If the tenant we place ever needs to be evicted, we will cover all legal and court expenses up to $1,000.
Fair Housing laws in the East Bay are complex and always chaning, especially Fremont, Union City and Hayward. EBPM’s knowledge of these laws will help you avoid lawsuits and other legal headaches.
We will require that your Tenant always carry a $100,000 liability policy. Their policy, if ever needed, will be used before your Owner’s policy.
Unlike other Property Managers who sell Real Estate, we do not. Our sole focus is managing homes and apartments.
After year one, our agreement with our owners is month to month. This requires East Bay Property Management to continually prove itself to it’s owners.
