How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid securely through your online tenant portal, available 24/7. -
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. -
How do I submit a maintenance request?
All maintenance requests should be submitted through your tenant portal. This ensures your request is tracked and handled as quickly as possible. -
What qualifies as an emergency maintenance issue?
Emergencies include situations that threaten life, safety, or the property (such as major water leaks, no heat in extreme weather, or fire hazards). For emergencies, call 911 if necessary. You can also follow the instructions provided in your lease or contact our emergency maintenance line, 510-439-1541. -
Can I have pets?
Pet policies vary by property. Please check the listing details or contact our team for specific information. Approved pets may require additional deposits or fees. -
How long does it take to get approved?
Processing times can vary, but most applications are reviewed within 1-2 business days once all required information is submitted. -
What is required to move in?
Once approved, you'll need to sign the lease agreement and pay the required move-in funds, such as a security deposit and first month's rent, before receiving keys. -
How do I give notice to move out?
Move-out notice must be submitted in writing according to the terms outlined in your lease (typically 30 days). Details can be found in your lease agreement or by contacting our office. -
Will I get my security deposit back?
Security deposits are returned after move-out, less any applicable deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear, unpaid rent, or cleaning. An itemized statement will be provided. -
