Meet our Team
Steve serves as the Senior Director of Operations at East Bay Property Management, where he oversees the company's day-to-day operations and helps ensure an exceptional experience for both property owners and tenants. He works closely with property owners to develop strategies that maximize the performance of their real estate investments while providing leadership and support to the East Bay Property Management team.
With more than 20 years of experience in the property management industry, Steve has worked across residential, commercial, retail, office, and self-storage properties, giving him a well-rounded perspective on property operations and asset management. Since joining East Bay Property Management in 2026, he has been committed to building efficient systems, supporting his team, and delivering outstanding service to clients.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys coaching volleyball, competing in his weekly bowling league, and spending time with family and friends.
Teresa is the Office Manager at East Bay Property Management. In this role, she manages operations, supports property owners and residents, and helps ensure the team provides exceptional service. She has been in the property management industry for 9 years and has been with East Bay Property Management since 2017, contributing to the company's growth from its early days.
Before transitioning into property management, she spent eight years in healthcare, bringing a people-first approach and strong organizational skills to her work. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active, hiking, reading, and caring for plants. She values time with her daughter, lifelong learning, and embracing new challenges with gratitude and purpose.
Mailyn is the Account Manager at East Bay Property Management. In this role, she oversees daily owner reporting, bill handling and payments, and corporate accounting. She helps ensure the team provides exceptional service to clients. She has been in the property management industry for over 8 years and has been with East Bay Property Management since April 2018.
Before transitioning into property management, she spent over 12 years in the legal field, bringing a highly organized, detail-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills to her current work. Outside of the office, she values spending time with her husband and two sons, discovering hidden gems throughout California, and cheering on her favorite teams as an avid sports fan.
Gurpreet Singh is the Maintenance Manager at East Bay Property Management. In this role, he oversees the day to day maintenance needs of our managed properties, coordinating everything from emergency water leaks and electrical issues to the occasional uninvited squirrel that decides to move in.
Gurpreet has been in the property management industry for over 10 years and has been a valued member of East Bay Property Management since 2017. Outside of work, he’s a passionate MMA fan, an automobile enthusiast, and enjoys attending car shows though, thankfully, he spends far less time fixing his own cars than everyone else’s homes!

Shari is the Leasing Coordinator at East Bay Property Management. In this role, she assists with administrative work, coordinates showings, and helps clients find the right home to fit their needs. She brings a dedicated approach to supporting both the team and prospective residents, ensuring a smooth leasing process from start to finish.
She joined East Bay Property Management in 2026. Outside of the office, Shari enjoys playing pickleball, traveling to try new things, and spending quality time with her three wonderful kids.
Eugene is the Maintenance Inspector at East Bay Property Management. In this role he conducts all compliance, move-in, and move-out inspections. He has been in the property maintenance industry for multiple decades.
